About the role
Help run our newest house day to day: people, standards, and a great room. Restaurant leadership experience required.
What you will do
- Run shifts, lead the floor, and own the guest experience
- Coach and schedule a team of twenty five plus
- Hold food, safety, and service standards every day
- Own inventory, ordering, and daily numbers with the GM
What we are looking for
- Three plus years in restaurant leadership
- You lead calmly and bring people with you
- Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and P&L basics
- Full availability including weekends
