About the role
Own private dining and catering across all five houses, from first email to the last steamer packed.
What you will do
- Respond to catering and private event leads quickly
- Build proposals, menus, and timelines with each house
- Coordinate staffing and logistics for events
- Own the guest relationship from inquiry to follow up
What we are looking for
- Two plus years in catering, events, or restaurant sales
- Organized, warm, and great over email and phone
- Comfortable driving between houses
- Weekend availability during event season
