About the role
First smile at the door. Manage the book, the wait, and the flow with a calm head.
What you will do
- Welcome every guest and manage the reservation book
- Quote accurate wait times and seat tables in a smart flow
- Answer the phone and handle to-go handoffs
- Keep the entry clean and the vibe warm
What we are looking for
- Friendly, organized, and calm when it is busy
- Comfortable with a reservation and POS system
- Evening and weekend availability
- No experience required, we will train

We are a family run dumpling house with five locations across Houston. We fold by hand, we promote from within, and we take care of the people who take care of our guests.
