About the role
Guide guests through the menu, keep the table happy, and move with a busy weekend rush.
What you will do
- Greet and guide guests, and recommend dishes with confidence
- Take and enter orders accurately, and keep the table cared for
- Run food, refill tea, and reset tables quickly
- Handle payment and thank every guest on the way out
What we are looking for
- Warm, quick, and unflappable during a rush
- Prior serving experience preferred, not required
- TABC certification if serving alcohol, or willing to get it
- Weekend availability

We are a family run dumpling house with five locations across Houston. We fold by hand, we promote from within, and we take care of the people who take care of our guests.
