Meet the morning folders

The folding line starts before sunrise. By the time we unlock the doors, the morning crew has already made more dumplings than most people eat in a year.

It is quiet work, and it is social work. There is music, there is coffee, and there is a friendly argument about whose pleats are cleaner. It is one of our favorite rooms in the whole company.
