What full service actually means to us

Full service is one of those phrases that can mean nothing. For us it means something specific. It means you sit down, someone takes care of you, and you are never rushed.
It also means high chairs, big tables, and a counter for one. It means a server who can tell you what is good today and mean it. We want the room to feel as considered as the food.
We are not trying to be the fanciest place in town. We are trying to be the place you come back to.
