About the role
The backbone of the kitchen. Keep the dish pit moving and the line stocked with clean tools.
What you will do
- Run the dish machine and keep up with a busy service
- Keep bamboo steamers, pans, and tools clean and cycling
- Take out trash and recycling and keep the back clean
- Help with basic prep when the pit is caught up
What we are looking for
- Hard working and dependable
- You can lift 40 pounds and stay on your feet
- No experience required
- Weekend availability a plus
