About the role
Pleat and prep our full dumpling line each morning. Fast hands and a good eye welcome; we will teach the folds.
What you will do
- Mix, roll, and portion dough and fillings to spec each morning
- Pleat soup dumplings, potstickers, and bao to the house standard
- Keep the prep line clean, labeled, and stocked for service
- Track par levels and flag low ingredients before they run out
What we are looking for
- You can stand and work with your hands for a full shift
- Some kitchen or high-volume prep experience is a plus, not a must
- Food Handler card, or willing to get one in your first two weeks
- Reliable, early, and calm under a morning rush

We are a family run dumpling house with five locations across Houston. We fold by hand, we promote from within, and we take care of the people who take care of our guests.
