About the role
Run the wok and noodle station during service. Two years of high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
What you will do
- Fire wok, noodle, and fry orders quickly and consistently
- Hold the station clean and organized during a full rush
- Follow recipes and plating to the house standard every time
- Communicate with the pass and the front of house
What we are looking for
- Two years on a busy line, wok experience a strong plus
- You move with speed without losing accuracy
- Food Handler card required
- Weekend and evening availability
