About the role
Pour cold beer, mix a short list of cocktails, and keep the bar warm and quick.
What you will do
- Pour beer and build our short cocktail list to spec
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and moving during a rush
- Take care of bar guests and run tabs accurately
- Card every guest and pour responsibly
What we are looking for
- One plus year behind a busy bar
- TABC certification required
- Fast, friendly, and tidy
- Evening and weekend availability

We are a family run dumpling house with five locations across Houston. We fold by hand, we promote from within, and we take care of the people who take care of our guests.
